Terms & Conditions — 92bar Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "you" or "your") and 92bar (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 92bar online gaming platform accessible at https://92bar.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform through which you access the Services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive awarded to a User by the Platform subject to stated terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age and payment method ownership prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the 92bar website at https://92bar.cam, its subdomains, mobile applications and related digital services.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in your Account that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Services" means all products and services made available through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports and instant games.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game round placed using your Account Balance on any product offered through the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. The Platform enforces age verification as a mandatory component of the KYC process. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online gambling, you do so at your own risk and legal responsibility.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, officer or director of 92bar, nor an immediate family member of such a person, in connection with activities that would constitute a conflict of interest.
4. You are not self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally under any applicable self-exclusion scheme or regulatory directive.
5. You are not depositing or wagering funds on behalf of a third party, and all funds used on the Platform belong to you and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested by the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify us promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time verification code with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

KYC & Verification

92bar operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the Platform's compliance obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, before the processing of any withdrawal, or at any time at the Platform's reasonable discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued identity document (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC) for Pakistani users, or a passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. The Platform will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing resulting from a User's failure to provide the required documentation promptly.

Deposits

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are cited as familiar Pakistan payment context only and do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or operational partnership with those institutions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment method in your own name. The Platform does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from an unverified payment method may be suspended pending verification.

92bar does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in the currency specified in your Account settings, which may include PKR (Pakistani Rupees) subject to availability.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request submission. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.

All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to releasing funds, which may extend processing times beyond standard estimates. Users will be notified of any delays where possible.

Withdrawal requests relating to Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be processed. Only Real Money Balance that satisfies all applicable conditions is eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered by 92bar are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the promotion. These terms will include, at minimum: the minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), the wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions (for sports bonuses), and the bonus expiry period.

Users must opt in to a promotion before qualifying for it, unless the promotion is automatically credited according to its stated terms. Bonus Balance is held separately from Real Money Balance and is subject to wagering requirements before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.

92bar reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that modifications will not be applied retroactively to Users who have already opted in and commenced wagering activity under the original terms of that promotion.

Any User found to be abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to exploiting structural errors, coordinating with other Users to fulfil wagering requirements, or hedging bets across accounts — may have their Bonus Balance forfeited and their Account suspended.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed through 92bar are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that bet type and market.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, event and User tier. The Platform reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its sole discretion, including as a responsible gambling measure.

Bets placed in error — including on incorrect odds or markets displayed due to a technical error — may be voided by the Platform. 92bar will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct obvious pricing errors before settlement but is not liable for losses arising from errors not identified prior to event completion.

Live (in-play) betting markets are suspended or settled according to the real-time feed data received by the Platform. Delayed internet connections or data feeds may affect the availability of in-play markets, and the Platform accepts no liability for wagering decisions made on the basis of delayed data.

Casino & Games

Casino and gaming products available on 92bar — including slots, live dealer games, table games, instant games and esports betting — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer activity as applicable. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available on a per-game basis.

The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome, payout or win rate for any game. All casino and gaming activity involves financial risk and outcomes are determined by chance. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Live casino games are subject to availability and may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance of the third-party studio. The Platform is not liable for game unavailability outside of its reasonable control.

Responsible Gambling

92bar is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides users with access to the following account-level tools as standard features:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly loss caps.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic alerts and session end notifications.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary pause on Account activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false or misleading identity, age or payment information.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity related to the proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Manipulating, fixing or otherwise influencing the outcome of any sporting event or game on which wagers are accepted.
• Systematic bonus abuse or use of coordinated strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's operation or other Users' experience.

Accounts found to be in breach of this section may be suspended or permanently closed. Funds associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, databases, game content and interface design — is the intellectual property of 92bar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 92bar.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, wagering losses, or losses arising from technical outages, data feed errors or third-party provider failures.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92bar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components. You are responsible for taking appropriate technical precautions to protect your device and data when accessing the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

92bar reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Users will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your local jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose restrictions on online gambling activity. 92bar does not represent itself as a Pakistan-licensed or Pakistan- regulated entity.
